NEUMANN WINS BEER STEIN HOLDING CONTEST

Candidate for Governor Mark Neumann displayed his beer-hoisting prowess tonight to defeat three other contestants in a stein-holding contest at Milwaukee’s Old German Beer Hall. Neumann is now invited to advance to the nationals, to be held in New York City. Earlier this year, Neumann won the local contest to take part in tonight’s regionals.

NEUMANN SIGNS BOOK FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA

In anticipation of Obama's visit to Wisconsin today, Neumann delivered a copy of his 210-page plan - Wisconsin Taxpayers First - to Barrett's Milwaukee mayoral office this morning, asking that Barrett share the plan with the President. In a letter that accompanies the book, Neumann writes: "Mr. President, Endless spending and growing debt is destroying our nation. In this book I’ve laid out a detailed plan, a conservative plan to get Wisconsin back on track. Please consider the approach I’ve laid out to cut spending and reduce taxes.
