Everyone who signs up to "Join the team" receives their own personal site on Markforgov.com. Here you can create your own profile to personalize and customize how you support Mark Neumann for Governor. You can also add other members as friends, write your own blog, join a group, and more.
Your Personal Dashboard is an organized quick-look at the different ways to get involved within your own website. At any time, while browsing Mark Neumann's website, you may access your personal dashboard by simply clicking on the "Dashboard" button at the top left corner of the page. Note: You must have an account and be logged in to access your dashboard.
The Dashboard is laid out in a series of Folders which allow you to organize the different activities you have access to within the Mark Neumann website. Each Folder represents a different page you can visit and a different action you can take.
There are 7 main activities you can access from your personal website:
There are three ways to access these pages. First, there are plus-boxes next to the each page button (on the right). If you click on one, a pull-down menu will appear with all the options you have within that page.

Second, you may use the links provided in each dashboard widget. (The dashboard widgets are the boxes displayed on the Dashboard page.)
Third, a sub-navigation menu appears on many of the site's pages with links to these actions. It appears in the form
of a blue bar directly underneath the main navigation buttons.

Your Profile is personal information you put onto the website for everyone to view. It is a great way to publicly say why you support Mark and what you are doing to help him get elected. Be careful about putting too personal of information on the site, as you cannot control who has access to this information!

There is a plus-box next to the Profile button in the right-hand menu. If you click on it a pull-down menu will appear of all the options you have within the Profile section of the website.
Blog is a contraction of the words "Web-log." It is way to communicate your opinion on issues or events. Be cautioned that blogs are open to comment by others who may or may not have the same opinion as you. In this instance writer's beware because you are entering a public forum.
There is a plus-box next to the Blog button. If you click on it a pull-down menu will appear of all the options you have within the Blog section of the web site.
Messages act as your site e-mail box. It allows you to both send and receive messages from other supporters of Mark Neumann.

Friends is similar to your address-book in your e-mail program. It's where you can store the e-mail addresses of others whom you wish to stay in contact with.
To see all the features that the Friends section has to offer, click on the "plus" box next to the Friends button on the right panel. A pull-down menu will appear with the following list of actions you can take:
To search for other members on the site, click on "Search". If the person you're searching for is a member of the site, you
may invite them to become your friend, allowing you to message them.

Events are activities related to supporting Mark Neumann. You may use this tab to make sure not to miss events in your area. It may also be used to organize events that help support Mark Neumann.

Groups are small teams of people with a common interest or working on a team. The Group structure allows you to have private communication with the members of the group, not open to all visitors on the site.
There is a plus-box next to the "Groups" button. If you click on it a pull-down menu will appear of all the options you have within the Groups section of the web site.
Search for other members, as well as Blog posts or Groups of interest to you. Simply enter a name, keyword
or topic in the appropriate "Search" field.
